Dynamic USSD
Dynamic Menus may be presented according to customer profile and other factors such as history of past use, location (can be used with TruTeq’s <LBS> solution), subscriber type, airtime balance / wallet balance etc.
Dynamic lookups are executed as a customer enters the menu and could be based on billing type, wallet balance, roaming status etc.
Static lookups done against an on-system high-speed database containing regularly imported data, usually from a CRM system with fields such as age on network, preferred bearer type, preferred recharge type etc.
