Our Professional Services

Maintenance & Support
TruTeq offers distributed support to our customers from two primary support centres: Australia and South Africa, with additional part-time and full-time onsite support available at select customer locations.
Our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are customised and negotiated to align with specific customer requirements. Our support and development team structures and processes are designed to facilitate efficient collaboration so that issues and incidents are rapidly resolved and permanent fixes are implemented to minimise service disruptions.
Training
Training is delivered by TruTeq subject matter experts, typically active operational support or development team members.
Online training is preferred by most customers, but in person training can also be offered. TruTeq customises courses to each customer's requirements and environment. Wherever possible, training will take place on your own pre-production or test environments. TruTeq ensures that detailed feedback is gathered after each session to confirm that training objectives have been met.
Consulting Services
At times, our customers require consultancy or business analysis services related to the technologies and solutions offered by TruTeq.
Our consulting services allows our customers to design technical solutions that are optimal for their architecture and to deliver services to end customers that meet business objectives. Our approach is collaborative, working extensively with customer team members to produce the technical content needed to successfully deliver their projects. We pride ourselves on the deep knowledge and experience offered by our team of subject matter experts, and our track record speaks for itself.  
Project Management
The rapid pace of change in the tech industry requires a robust approach to project management.
Without a clear and effective framework there is a high probability of failure in these projects. A structured best practice approach ensures that resources are optimally allocated, risks are proactively identified and mitigated, and communication channels remain open and transparent among stakeholders. TruTeq's Project Management Office follows a well established and tested project management process, ensuring that the odds of success remains high and that our customers remain satisfied. While our processes are mature and refined, they are not rigid, allowing us to align with the many different approaches used by our customers for their project deliveries. TruTeq takes great pride in the quality of its project management approach.
Solution Design
We have proven experience collaborating with customers' technology teams and their 3rd-party suppliers to deliver well-designed, efficient, and robust solutions.
TruTeq are specialists at software integration in complex environments. We are adept at integrating with all major telecommunications vendors within highly secure banking environments as well as delivering our solutions on all major data centre architectures and virtualisation technologies.
