MenuBuilder Service Creation Environment
TruTeq’s USSD MenuBuilder is a a powerful, browser-based, drag-and-drop menu editor and Service Creation Environment that allows for the creation of new USSD applications in a very short time using predefined building blocks.
More than just a menu editor
MenuBuilder integrates to a number of core systems: OCS/OFCS for billing; and GGSN or Radius proxy for IP information, as well as marketing databases, subscriber profile databases, mobile money systems, and so forth. These integrations can then be used to build sophisticated self-service applications.
Dynamic USSD
Dynamic Menus can be presented according to customer profile as well as other elements such as history of past use, location (utilising TruTeq’s LBS solution), subscriber type, airtime balance / wallet balance amongst others.
