As part of our product offering, we offer remote support services under a service level agreement (SLA). This support is structured according to the mix of second line and third line support required by the operator. Included in the support are:
- 24x7 Service restoration
- Analyses and reports
- Planned work orders (excluding Friday and Saturday nights)
- System upgrades and releases (excluding new functionality)
- Administrative queries
SMS and USSD Aggregation
We offer SMS and USSD aggregation services in South Africa for a select number of large volume users. The users are already proficient in the use of USSD and SMS and do not typically need any assistance. We do not have any development assistance capabilities.
We do not offer Contract Development
Our focus is on value added services around a mobile network operator (MNO). We have a very comprehensive range of products in this area, and this is where our exclusive focus is. We do not engage in contract development outside of this scope.
